About Sounds of Resonance
Sounds of Resonance offers guided breath, sound, and somatic experiences designed to support emotional regulation, clarity, and inner balance.
Rooted in nervous system awareness and embodied practice, our sessions create space for individuals, teams, and organisations to pause, reset, and reconnect.
Our Approach
At Sounds of Resonance, we believe wellbeing begins with regulation, not force.
Our work blends guided breath, sound, and somatic awareness to support the body’s natural ability to settle, process, and restore balance.
Rather than pushing for outcomes, sessions invite safety, presence, and choice, allowing meaningful change to unfold organically.
This approach is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
Meet Marianna
Sounds of Resonance was founded by Marianna Fowles, a facilitator specialising in breath, sound, and somatic-based nervous system regulation.
Marianna’s work is informed by training in immersive breath practices, sound-based facilitation, and trauma-aware somatic principles.
She works with individuals, teams, and organisations seeking calm, clarity, and emotional resilience in both personal and professional contexts.
Sessions are delivered in London, Northampton, and online.
