FAQ

What is 9D Breathwork?

9D Breathwork is an immersive breathing experience that combines conscious connected breath with carefully curated sound, music, and guided cues.

It supports nervous system regulation, emotional release, clarity, and deep restoration, without needing to “talk through” anything.

Do I need experience with breathwork or meditation?

No experience is needed.

Sessions are fully guided and beginner-friendly. Many people attend their first session feeling nervous — that’s completely normal.

You’re supported throughout and can go at your own pace.

What happens during a session?

Each session includes:

  • A short grounding and intention-setting
  • A guided breath and sound journey
  • Time for rest and integration

You’ll be lying down comfortably, usually wearing an eye mask and headphones.

Will I be in control the whole time?

Yes, always.

You are never forced to breathe in a certain way. You can slow down, stop, or rest at any point.

Your autonomy and safety are central to the experience.
