Services
We provide breathwork, sound, and somatic wellbeing sessions, including one-to-one sessions, group sessions, and corporate or workplace wellbeing sessions. Services may be delivered in person or online.
All services are offered for wellbeing and personal development purposes only and are not medical treatment, psychotherapy, or a substitute for professional healthcare.
Eligibility
By booking a session, you confirm that you:
Are 18 years of age or older
Understand the nature of the services offered
Will disclose any relevant medical, physical, or mental health conditions prior to participation
Health and Safety Disclaimer
Breathwork and sound practices may involve physical, emotional, or psychological responses.
These services may not be suitable for individuals who are pregnant, have a history of seizures or epilepsy, have serious cardiovascular, respiratory, or neurological conditions, have unmanaged mental health conditions, or are currently experiencing an acute mental health crisis.
If you are unsure whether these services are appropriate for you, you must contact us before booking.
Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
Personal Responsibility
You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own wellbeing during and after sessions.
You agree to listen to your body, take breaks when needed, and stop participation if you feel unwell or uncomfortable.
We are not responsible for any adverse effects resulting from failure to follow guidance or failure to disclose relevant health information.
Bookings and Payments
All sessions must be booked in advance. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
For one-to-one sessions, cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or non-attendance may be charged in full.
For group sessions, tickets are non-refundable unless the session is cancelled by us. You may transfer your place to another person with prior notice.
Corporate session cancellation terms will be agreed in writing prior to booking.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late to a session, the session may still end at the scheduled time. Late arrival does not entitle you to a refund or extension.
Changes or Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control. If we cancel a session, you will be offered a reschedule or refund.
We reserve the right to substitute facilitators where necessary.
Online Sessions
For online sessions, you are responsible for ensuring you have a suitable space and stable internet connection. Participation in online sessions is at your own discretion and responsibility.
Sessions are not recorded unless explicitly stated.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, audio, branding, and the Resonance Method, is the intellectual property of Sounds of Resonance.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
Confidentiality
Personal information shared during sessions is treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a safeguarding concern.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sounds of Resonance shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in services or use of this website.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
